Connect the cable to your car. Charging starts automatically in a couple of seconds.

End the session

End your session via the app or at the charger display.

A customer discount of -9c/kWh applies to all private and business customers who start charging using Eleport’s app, charging card or keyfob. Discount does not apply to 3rd party charging apps.

Pricing exemptions*

There are some pricing exemptions in specific EV charging stations due to special circumstances.
The following table outlines charging stations where exempted rates are applied.

Charging your EV with

Mobile Application*

Our app is designed to be easy and intuitive.

  1. Locate your EV charger on Eleport app
  2. Select the correct connector and tap “Start charging”
  3. Connect your vehicle to the charger – charging starts in a few seconds
  4. To stop, press and hold the “Stop charge” button in the app
  5. Disconnect your vehicle from the charger

Charging your EV with

RFID Charging card*

Charge cards are popular amongst users who charge their EV with Eleport daily.

  1. Locate your preferred Eleport charging station
  2. Connect your vehicle to the charger
  3. Tap your RFID card on the charger display – charging begins automatically in a few seconds.
  4. To stop, tap your RFID card again on the display and end the session.
  5. Disconnect your vehicle from the charger

Charging your EV with

Single Payment Portal*

Single payment portal is a convenient way to charge without being a registered customer.

  1. Go to charge.eleport.com on your browser
  2. Enter the EV charger connector ID displayed on the charging station, and choose the connector.
  3. Provide your credit card details and email for the receipt
  4. Connect your vehicle to the charger – charging starts automatically
  5. To stop, revisit the link and select “End charging”.
